Empowered movement is about helping people improve their mental health through movement and mindset practices.

We want you to feel capable and be grateful for your body’s ability to move.

We take a Hybrid approach to fitness as we specialise in Functional Movement Training and Long-distance Running.

In-person Personal Training

Become Strong and Move with ease! With in-person coaching, you will learn the fundamentals of fitness and move with confidence. In-person coaching is tailored to your needs for your specific health goals!

Online Personal Training

Can’t make it in-person? Online training is for you! Receive tailored exercise plans for your specific goals with ongoing consultation. You will be supported, motivated and achieve your goals at your own time!

Small Group Personal Training

Are you more motivated working in a group? Small Group Personal Training is for you! The exercises will be catered to your fitness level and specific needs as you Get Stronger Together!

We are a chill, beginner friendly Run Club focused on self-improvement, connection and gratitude. Our Running Coach Christelle will be here to advice and guide you!
You can come to challenge yourself or to have a chat while running/jogging/walking.
We just want you to start your day feeling energised with a smile on your face!
